Peshawar Court Mandates Pakistan to Tackle Illegal Crypto Trading

The Peshawar Court has ordered Pakistan to address illegal crypto trading within two months. The court wants the government to formulate a strategy to curb the issue across the country, including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and submit a comprehensive report. The ruling was delivered in response to a petition submitted by Barrister Huzaifa Ahmad, who highlighted the lack of legal structure or legislation to govern digital currencies in Pakistan.
